Company Description

Yangon Film Services is the production arm of the award-winning Yangon Film School. For 16 years, this social enterprise has been providing vocational training to local talent to produce over 80 documentaries, informational films, TV series and animations for a wide range of local and international clients including the EU, USAID and various UN agencies in the context of humanitarian service and development in Myanmar. YFS films regularly screen at international film festivals and a growing number also receive awards, one of these is the World Health Organisation’s Health for All Film Festival Grand Prix for the YFS-produced sand animation Limbo.
